Application Process

Notice as of July 29th, 2026: We intentionally keep our class sizes small, with a student : teacher ratio of less than 6 : 1. Right now, God has blessed us with a wonderful group of students for 2026-2027 and we are at capacity for our academic program until we locate more space and assistants. We are in the process of working out these details and will provide updates as we are able. In the meantime, we regret that the registration is for waitlist only. Thank you for your understanding and prayers for continued management of the growth!

1. Submit an Interest Form

• Please use the following link to submit an Interest Form

2. Attend a Family consultation

• We will reach out to schedule a family ECA Visit and Tour with you to discuss how we could best serve the student and family.

3. Register Student

• After determining if ECA could suit your family, each student needs to be registered

• $150 per child (Non-Refundable, supports curriculum and supplies for each student and secures their spot in school or waitlist)

4. Receive Acceptance Email

• Your family will receive a link to setup an account with our School Portal. Once your account is authorized, you will then be able to receive school messages, pictures, and pay your tuition securely online.

5. Complete Enrollment

• Pay first month’s fees (due by the 10th of each month and may be pro-rated depending on start date)

• If enrolling during the summer, the first month's fees are due by August 10th.
