Application Process

Sample Schedule for Mondays - Thursdays:
(may vary for individual students or special activities)

1. Submit an Interest Form

2. Attend a Parent / Student consultation

  • We will be happy to answer any questions and discuss how we could best serve your family.

  • Families desiring financial assistance should fill out this Scholarship Form in advance of the Parent/ Student consultation.

3. Pay Registration Fee

  • $150 per child (Non-Refundable, supports curriculum and supplies for each student and secures their spot)

  • Full-day students receive priority; afternoon classes will be offered as space permits

4. Schedule Pre-Assessment - for Full Experience or Academic Experience only students

  • Student will receive placement testing to determine their academic level

5. Receive Acceptance Email

6. Complete Enrollment

  • Pay first month’s fees (due by the 10th of each month and may be pro-rated depending on start date)

  • Payment must be made within 1 week of acceptance to guarantee your spot.

12:00pm-12:15pm Cleanup
*** Additional students may join for Enrichment Courses ***
12:15pm-1:15pm Lunch / Recess
1:15pm-1:30pm Bathroom break, water or snack break
1:30pm-2:30pm Music (M), Art (T), Culinary (W), STEAM (Th)
Spanish (M, W)
2:30pm-2:45pm Cleanup
2:45pm-3:00pm Rec
